In which security criteria are uploaded documents stored?

Documents who uploaded in the “TruePact” system are stored encrypted with the FIPS 140-2 and Common Criteria EAL5 + (Chip Level) HSM devices. It is not possible to open encrypted data without the device.

All data in the “TruePact” is backed up periodically.

Your documents download with decrypted version while you transfer them to your computer (or transferring them to other environment).
